旅館の食事としては、かなり美味しいのではないか。
特に、ココナッツミルクを入れたという鍋には驚いた。ココナッツの風味がするけど、クドくなく、主体は和風出汁の鍋。こんな完成度の高い創作系料理が旅館ででてくるとは。
個室で食事をするのだが、そこには温泉が引いてあるのか、目の前で温泉卵を作ってくれる。朝はそれが湯豆腐になる。さつま揚げも目の前で揚げてくれたり、楽しませる趣向も凝らしてある。そしてちゃんと美味しい。
お風呂は屋上の露天風呂が、眺めよく、いつまでも入ってられる。近くに砂風呂施設もある。部屋や施設も綺麗に整備されている。
あまり期待してなかったのだけど、かなり立派な温泉旅館でした。
