鹿児島県の霧島にあるお菓子屋さん。
友人からもらいました。
かるかんの島津公というお菓子です。
種類は3種類詰め合わせで桜島小みかん餡・小豆こし餡・白粋（餡なし）でした。
みかん餡は鹿児島県産米と山芋を使ったかるかん生地で、特産品である桜島こみかん・福山黒酢を使用した餡をしっとりと蒸しあげているとのこと。
かるかんであるのでもっちりとふわっとした食感があり、また白粋は特に自然な甘さを感じることが出来ます。
餡も甘さがありますが、周りの生地の甘さが控えめなので、よりみかん、こし餡を感じることが出来るのでバランスがいいなと思いました。
