上記のコースは、黒酢食前酢・カルパッチョ・サラダ・小鉢・スープ・ご飯・食後の飲み物とデザートまでは同じ。メインメニューが違うだけ。
駐車場はとても広い。
１階が売店で２階がレストラン。大きな窓ガラスとなっているので、錦江湾や桜島が店内から綺麗に見られます。単品料理メニューはないので何かしらのコース料理を注文すると必要があるみたい。
店員さんはとても丁寧な接客で非常に礼儀正しい。親切でサービスが良いです。
食前黒酢とカルパッチョが先に出てきて、後から他のものがまとめて提供されます。
料理はどれも美味しく、2200円という値段だけだと高いイメージがありましたが、完食後はとてもリーズナブルな価格設定と感心すると思います。
食後は敷地内の黒酢を醸造しているたくさんの瓶のところ見学してから、お土産をたくさん買ってお店を後にしました。黒酢や酢を扱った調味料などがたくさん試飲試食できるのもいいですね。
