鹿児島霧島旅2食目は、黒酢の郷桷志田さんでいただきました。
読みは「かくいだ」と読みます。「隠し田」から来ているそうです。
霧島に来たからには黒酢の壺畑を見て、黒酢酢豚を食べたい！と思っていたので、念願叶いました。
黒豚の黒酢酢豚ランチコースを注文。
こんなに豪華で2,200円って、やっぱり破格。
こちらのメニューは、ゲンセン霧島認定メニューなんですね✨
食前酒ならぬ食前酢は、りんご黒酢でした。
めっちゃ飲みやすい！☺︎
黒酢の酸味はとてもまろやかで、こんなのガブガブいけてしまいます…。
メインの黒酢酢豚は、高級中華料理店の酢豚のキラキラ感。
まずお肉がとんでもなく柔らかい…！そんな黒豚肉がゴロゴロ入ってます。
そして黒酢の角のないまろやかな酸味。
控えめに言って、最高でした✨
食後は黒酢スムージーと、まさに黒酢を楽しめるランチメニューでした。
この日は天気が良く、窓からは綺麗に桜島を見ることができました。
ロケーションも抜群です。
