圧巻の景色
以前から存在は知っていました。ただし、インバウンドを中心に観光客向けのレストランという固定概念があり見向きもしなかったのですが…
取引先の女性から誘われれば行かない理由はありません(笑)
それにしても圧巻の景色ですね！錦江湾越しに臨む桜島の美しいこと。更に目の前に無数に並ぶ黒酢壷も他では決して見れない風景です。
建物も美術館のような雰囲気です。こちらで自慢の黒酢を使った中華をいただけます。
窓側の席に案内されました。大きなガラス張りの窓の向こうには桜島。これだけで訪問の価値があります。
注文は酸辣湯麺のセットをお願いしました。
酸辣湯麺を早速いただきす。黒酢の濃深い香りが十分に感じられますね。ちょっとバカにしてましたが味も本格的で満足できますね。付属の焼売と炒飯、杏仁豆腐は至って普通なのが残念ではありますが…
追加した黒酢の酢豚はまずまずの出来だと思います。
味に大きな期待を持って訪問すると危険ではありますが、景色、雰囲気は最高レベル！夏はもっと素晴らしい景色を堪能出来そうですね。
