お酢の飲み比べをしたくて、入店。
しかし、ここでは飲み比べといったことは出来ず、純然たる中華レストランだった。そこでゴマプリンをオーダー。
プリンの上に、黒酢を使った甘いソースがかかる。このソースは、黒酢の風味が隠し味のように香り、美味しい。ただプリンは普通かな。もっとこのソースをかけて欲しかった。
食事はしてないので、なんとも言えないが、見た目には美味しそうだった。店からの見晴らしは、黒酢の壺が並んだ先に桜島が見え、たいへん良いし、一度試してみる価値はあるように思う。
ちなみに、黒酢の飲み比べは、酢の売店でやっていた。レストランに入る必要はなかったんだな…
