I drink black vinegar for my health. I saw Sakamoto's black vinegar pot field and wanted to go there.When I was asked where I wanted to go on my trip to Kagoshima this time, I answered Sakamoto's black vinegar. When I looked into it, I saw a field of black vinegar pots and found out that there was Restaurants attached, so I decided to visit it. The building where the Restaurants is located is a cool building, and you can enjoy a menu with an elegant black vinegar flavor in a clean atmosphere with a unified white image. I had the tantanmen and Dim sum set, and my wife had the black vinegar sweet and sour pork set, and added chili shrimp to share. On this day, as it seems to be a New Year's project, the aperitif vinegar has been upgraded to a mellow and delicious black vinegar (3 year old?), followed by elegant Chinese food. Black vinegar is effective in Chinese Cuisine such as Ginza Aster, not in street Chinese soles. Corporate image is improving rapidly. The staff are also courteous and kind. Good vibes. I thought there was almost always Soft serve ice cream available on factory tours, and since I was full, I wondered if I could eat it. Even though I thought so, I received one of the mini size. But this black vinegar Soft serve ice cream. Exceptionally delicious. To put it simply, it tastes like yogurt. However, it has a little more depth, like the addition of ricotta cheese, yet it is light and refreshing. It might be the best among the factory Soft serve ice cream.
