ときわ食堂は、鹿屋市輝北町の百引地区にある食堂です。
国道５０４号線沿いのコンビにそばにあり分かりやすいところです。
こちらのオススメは、輝北スターポーク。
輝北スターポークとは、地元輝北で飼育・生産される豚のことです。
星空の美しい町として有名な輝北町にちなんで、輝北スターポークと名づけられています。
ほとんどの輝北スターポークは首都圏などの大消費地に送られるため、地元でもなかなか食べることが出来ませんが、こちらのお店では常時メニューとして出されています。
うまみと甘みとが凝縮された肉は絶品です。
