"牛角 かのや店 "は、鹿屋市寿地区にある焼肉店です。
チェーン店で、どのお店でも安心して利用できると思います。
こちらの最大の特徴は、炭火で焼肉が食べられること。
外国産の肉でもおいしく焼けることが魅力ですね。
個人的におすすめは、ピートロ。
脂ののったピートロは、焼肉のたれをはじくほどです。
もう一つのオススメは塩キャベツ。
できれば、このキャベツに使っているたれのレシピが欲しいです。
できれば、昼の営業もして欲しいところですが、無理ですかねえ。
