I came all the way to Gyukaku. They have it all over the country, but this was my second time there and it's been a long time. I ordered a variety of meats, but Salted beef tongue was thawed and came out dripping with juice, the Gyukaku ribs were so hard that the fat remained in my mouth, and the skirt steak was a bad color, so was it really like that? Honestly, it's not tasty. I think it's pretty bad. The local Dondontei serves much tastier meat. I'll have to find a different Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant. It's been a while since I've been there, and it's outside the prefecture, so I can't complain, but I think I'll be staying away from Gyukaku for a while. Thank you for the meal.
