以前から気になっていました中国料理屋さんです。
その名も『チャイナワン』
お店はスレートの工場を改造した作り。
大きな扉が印象的です。
店員さんはおそらく中国の方でした。
メニューを見た感じ唐辛子のマークが付いていたので辛い料理が多数ある様です。
その中でもやはりマーボー豆腐は本格的っぽいでした。
私が注文したのは、『マーラー麺』
とろみの効いたスープに、少しの生姜と辛味の効いたスープ。
それほど辛くないのに汗が沢山出てきます。
餃子は海老入りでした。
今回は子供がいた為辛い料理を食べる事が出来なかったですが、
マーボー豆腐を注文したいと思います。
