鹿屋市にある中華料理屋さんだよ。
ジモピーが美味しいお店だと勧めてくれたので行ってみたよ。
訪問したのは平日のランチタイム。
開店直後に訪問。最初はさすがに空いていたけど、自分が退店する頃にはほぼ満席になってたよ。なかなか人気があるみたいだね。
自分が注文したのはランチコース。お値段は1100円。

最初のサラダは結構ボリューミー。葉っぱものばっかりだったけど、ドレッシングがおいしい。
前菜は微妙。漬物とお浸し。少しづつ。
小籠包と点心(蒸し餃子)は1つづつ。
小籠包は間違いない美味しさ。
天然鯛と野菜の塩炒めが美味しかった。
塩味なので鯛と野菜の旨さが存分に味わえる。
軽く素揚げされた野菜はシャキシャキ。本格中華な熱の通し具合だわ。
蒸しパンで皿に残ったソースをぬぐって完食。この蒸しパンも旨い。
最後にデザートまで付いてきて1100円と言うのはお得だね。
