When I searched for "Kanoya City x Lunch" on Tabelog, it came up 4th (October 5, 2022). Lunch is served from 11:30 to 14:00 (LO). The lunch menu included course dishes, set meals, noodles, and a la carte dishes. From the set menu, I ordered the "Hoikoro Set Meal" for 950 yen including tax. The set includes hoikoro, salad, soup, rice, and drink. Drinks include oolong tea or coffee. The hoikoro has plenty of orange chili oil, but it's not too spicy. There wasn't much pork and only cabbage, and the cabbage was bitter. The rice was about one bowlful, which was enough even for me, who doesn't eat much. The soup was good. I had high expectations when I visited this restaurant as it has a high reputation, but I think the Hoikoro set meal was a bit of a disappointment.
