まず一言、何を食べても美味しい本格中華である。
「春巻き」は手持ちで食べれ様に細長い。海老のすり身が入った旨み凝縮の一品である。「チンジャオロース」はピーマンのシャキシャキ感の食感が良い。いくらでも食べれそうである。「サンラータンメン」は程よい酸っぱさ、辛さである。締めに良い。
飲み物のおすすめは、壺紹興酒。料理と相性抜群である。
