夜の居酒屋はさておいて、ランチの限定メニューのご紹介。
瓦そばと地鶏ユッケ丼のみです。
瓦そばといえば山口の名産。
熱々の大きな瓦に茶そばが載っています。1人前で1,000円。
足りないようなら、地鶏ユッケ丼小500円を追加。
小と大で200円の違いですがどちらを選ぶかはあなた次第。
瓦そばのツユは、小さな急須？に入っていますが、こんなに要らないでしょうと思うくらいかなりたっぷりめ。
瓦の斜面からたっぷりトッピングされたネギが、茶そばを取る度にコロコロ溢れるのを上手く避けながらそばを取り分けます。
もみじおろしを溶いたツユに、ちょっと焼けた茶そばで錦糸卵とお肉も巻き込み、一緒に口の中に頬張ると、それはそれは豪華な味わいになります。
熱々の瓦に接していた茶そばが焼けたパリパリ感がなんとも言えない歯応えです。
地鶏ユッケ丼もなかなか美味ですが、瓦そば2人前という選択肢でも良かったかもと後の祭り。
瓦そばが近所でも珍しいせいか、お客さんは絶えません。
