連休前平日の12:00頃に訪問。
11:30オープンですでにかなりの並びが。
記帳して待っている間にオーダを。
基本メニューの鶏飯に、他一品メニューがいくつか用意されています。
せっかくなので猪肉の炙り焼きと鶏皮も注文。
鶏飯は、錦糸卵、鶏肉、椎茸やネギなど、細かく刻まれた具材をまずはご飯にのせて、鶏スープをかけていただきます。
お、おいしい…！この鶏スープが絶品なんです…
透明っぽいので薄味なのかなと思ったら、しっかりと鶏の旨みが凝縮されたスープ。変な化学調味料的な味もしないし、鶏を存分に感じます。
猪肉は味付けがしっかり甘辛で美味しい。
鶏皮もこちらも酒のアテみたいな濃いめの味付け。こちらも美味しかったです。
