〇養鶏場直営のスイーツ。濃い黄身を活かしたスイーツで勝負！
△ロールケーキは黄身の濃さは感じるが、スポンジがパサパサなのとクリームが少ないのが残念。
奄美の養鶏場直営のスイーツ屋さんです。
こちらのお店で使っている卵は黄身が濃いのが特徴とのこと。
養鶏場直営らしくお肉とかも売ってます。
ホームページによると、奄美大島で使われている卵の４０％は
こちらの養鶏場のものとのこと。
すごいですね！
ロールケーキ（スタンダード、１１３４円）を買いました。
卵の黄身を多めに使っているとのことで、スポンジが普通のものより
ちょっと黄色めです。
いただいてみると、たしかに黄身の濃さを感じる味。
美味しいです。
ただ、ちょっとスポンジがパサパサしちゃっているのと、
クリームが少なめなので、そのパサパサ加減がダイレクトに伝わってきちゃう
のが難点。
普通に美味しいんですけど、ちょっと惜しいなぁと感じました。
