We decided to eat Italian Cuisine food in Yokohama that night, so we made a reservation by phone the day before. It was the first day of spring and the wind was strong, and the train was delayed due to trouble with the overhead wires.Due to the strong winds, I tried to walk underground from Yokohama Station as much as possible, but it seemed like I had to take a long detour, and I arrived a few minutes later than my reservation time of 6:30pm. However, we were warmly welcomed. We ordered a 7-course dinner course and toasted with beer first. Food will be served immediately. Appetizer 1 King Crab and Banpei Yuzu Salad On this day, they had changed to snow crab, but the sourness of the banpeiille and the base flavor overflowing from the jelly were delicious. Appetizer 2 Marinated skin-seared thin white asparagus from Akita Karasumi Marinated golden sea bream and white asparagus, but this thin asparagus had a texture that was new to me. Appetizer 3: Cod Milt Alforno Onion Crema Italian Winter Truffle The aroma of the truffle was wonderful, and I imagined that the black grain-like things were onion crema. Is this mixed with Shirako and baked in the oven? Dishes 1 Torrenette with squid ink kneaded in Squid Squid Dried Tomato Olive Puntarelle The squid ink pasta was called Aoriika in the menu, but it seems that it has been changed to Yari. The flesh of seasonal squid is plump. Add alcohol around here. I'm not a wine expert myself, but I had the restaurant's recommended red wine. Dish 2: Agnolotti del pudding with sage butter sauce It was pasta with something like fine ground meat in it. Main dish Spanish Iberico de bellota loin grilled with honey Green pepper radicchio Multi-grain and black rice risotto The sauce seems to be honey-based, but it has a subtle sweetness and is not overpowering, served on top of multi-grain rice risotto Medium-rare soft Iberico It was a special dish with meat Steak on it. Dessert Mozzarella mousse Raspberry cream Shibasen and strawberries Basil-scented strawberry sorbet The outside is not a container. I had it with an elaborate strawberry dessert that broke the outside. It was a waste to eat it, so I just stared at it from various angles for a while. Finally, a mini cup of strong espresso coffee. Before I knew it, I even added dessert wine. I was there for about 2 and a half hours, and unlike the pasta-based Italian Cuisine restaurants I sometimes go to, I found this restaurant to be a bit of a luxury restaurant, but I'd like to come back again. It was a great shop with good lighting, quiet, and a great selection of decorations. At the time of checkout, it was raining lightly outside, so thank you very much for lending me your umbrella. It was very delicious, thank you for the meal.
