今日は家族の誕生日会で横浜駅ハマボウル横の川沿いの桜が満開ですその桜並木を歩いてゆくと右手にありますトラットリア♪お店から桜が見られます
11時30分に予約して伺いました。
4,950円のダブルパスタのコース予約です♪
店内からはテラス席のような開放感です♪
満開の桜を愛でることができます。
車で来たので、ノンアルスパークリングで乾杯
前菜盛りは、新玉ねぎと赤玉ねぎの桜の香る冷製スープ、ホウボウのイッカルティオーネ甘酢漬け、
コヤリイカの墨和え、上にエスプレット唐辛子の香りを移したクスクス、自家製豚肉のパテの盛合わせです。そしてパスタを2種類選びます♪

リングイネは細身のロングパスタでしっかりとアルデンテ！ここが一番大事です♪私は
そして、桜エビの風味に小粒のグリーンピースが美味しい海老の塩味ととてもよく合います！旨い
タリアテッレは、少し幅のあるロングパスタです♪
チッチョリブッロエ豚の加工品で塩味があります。
タリアテッレはクリーム系のパスタにした方が美味しいかも豚が脂分を吸ってしまいパスタが少しパサパサしてる気がしました。
そして、メインはペーストを挟みアミ脂を巻いて焼いた宮崎産まるみ豚、とても柔らかくて美味しい。
最後はデザート♪お願いしていた主役のお誕生日プレートは凄かった❣️お皿の端にチョコンとローソク️チョコムースにお花の装飾しかも枝まで全てお菓子で食べられる！これには感動です♪
その他家族のデザートもパイ生地にラズベリーアイスとホイップクリーム、上に乗った薄い飴細工
デザートまで素晴らしい内容でした♪
