奥さんのリクエストで横浜駅の西口方面へ
30分500円のコインパーキングに停めてビルの6階にある店に着くと20人くらいの待ち客
3連休中なので仕方ないですね
待つのは嫌なので今回は諦めました
店頭ポップのハンバーガーが目に入り雑居ビルの3階にあるこちらを訪問
エレベーターが開くと店内なので外観写真は無し
2人用のテーブル席へ案内されました
店内はアメリカンダイナーな雰囲気
メニューのアボカドに惹かれますが、人気NO.1と書かれてたプレイヤーズバーガーセットを選択
奥さんはチーズバーガーセット
セットドリンクはホットコーヒーとジンジャーエールでお願いしました
壁に貼られてたスペアリブの塩も気になり単品で2本追加注文
先客カウンターに2名 後客2組4名
10分ほどで運ばれてきました
串に刺された高さのあるバーガー
ギュッと押し潰してかぶりつきます
バンズはサクフワでイイ感じ
粗挽きのパティは芳ばしく肉々しくてジューシー
具は100%ビーフパティ ベーコン レタス トマト チェダーチーズ ピクルス
ハラペーニョとチリソースでピリ辛
後半はデスソースで辛味を増して美味しく完食
細切りのポテトも付いてます
焼きあがったスペアリブもきました
甘いソースのスペアリブと違って、これがめちゃくちゃ旨い！
皮付きのポテトも良いですね
添えられたハラペーニョソースを絡めて食べると旨さがアップ
ホットコーヒーはアメリカンな感じ
飛び込みで入った店ながら美味しかったので奥さんも満足の様子
ご馳走様でした
