横浜タカシマ屋5Fの奥にある
鰻やさん。
老舗ということで期待してました。
午後の比較的早い時間に来店し、
鰻重の竹を注文。きも吸い、漬物付き。
お値段は確か4200円ぐらい。
店内はわりと広く、落ち着いた雰囲気
ざんすね。
まずは店員さんが煎茶を持ってきました。
それからまもなく鰻重が登場。
鰻の下準備が既に終わっているせいなのか
出て来るのは意外に早いわね。
赤い重箱には1匹分の蒲焼き。
ご飯はちょっと多めかしらね。
鰻は炭で焼いているとのこと。
焼き具合はいいと思う。
脂が乗ってるし、ふんわりとし食感は
悪くない。
たれはさっぱり目で、やや少ない感じ。
店員さんに頼めはたれは足してくれます。
ご飯は少し柔らかい感じ。馬車道の
わかなのように熱くはない。
肝吸いは肝が潰れているような感じで
今ひとつかな。肝のつるんとした食感が
なくて小さいし、残念でした。
白髪ねぎ入りで熱く、出汁効いて
ます。
個人的に肝吸いは三つ葉にそうめんが
少々が好み。
鰻重には肝吸い。これがいまいちでしたね。肝吸いが良ければ4点です。
アタシ的には老舗の味は悪くはないが
普通。
そごうの竹葉亭よりは良かったと
