そごう横浜にあるフレンチレストラン「にき亭」
地元神奈川・三浦の契約農家から直送される新鮮なお野菜を中心に、素材を活かしたフレンチ。栃木県那須のリゾートホテル「二期倶楽部」がプロデュースしW.A.ヴィジョンが経営。
中庭に面している店内はちっぴりおごそかで開放感溢れる雰囲気。
今日は「フレンチプレートセット」、（前菜、月替のメインディッシュ、デザート、コーヒー又は紅茶付き)

【前菜】
【藤沢市金子養鶏場の卵のテリーヌと神奈川野菜のサラダ仕立て】
ほうれん草とシラスの入った卵のテリーヌ。フルッフルのキッシュのアパレイユのような滑らかさのある大きくカットした卵焼き。いい塩味加減です。ジャガイモのマッシュ、かぼちゃ、ラぺ、大根のマリネのサラダで華を添えて。新鮮さを感じさせる瑞々しさ。
【メイン】
【オリーブ牛とオリーブ豚の自家製ハンバーグ】
手ごねされたまん丸ハンバーグステーキ、ふっくらジューシーに仕上がり、牛と豚の二重の旨味が重厚感を増して強く存在を出してきます。インパクトが強くあるのにさらっと上品な味わいです。ソ－スは上品なフォンのデミグラスソースかと期待したのですが、かなり違っていて、掛かっていたのは、かなり甘めの醤油ダレ。照り焼きを軽く超えたみたらし団子級の糖度。デパートですから仕方ありませんが、クセのあるソースを付けるより、塩・胡椒で食べた方が、肉本来の旨味を堪能できるのは、と思われます。
付け合わせのナスのソテーやじゃがいも、きぬさや、にんじんなどは、彩りも行き届いたよい味わい。添えてあるライスは、赤米混ぜた十五穀米。ここにも手抜きがないのが好印象です。

「パプリカのムース・ホワイトバルサミコのソース」
甘いパプリカを感じる野菜のケーキ。野菜をとれない人、野菜嫌いのおこさまにはいいかも。

フレンチといっても味わいも雰囲気もオーソドックスで、万人向けに配慮されていてまさに、家族のお食事に好適。よく考えられた満足度の高い料理が並んでいました。やはりデパートならではの気軽さがいいですね。また来よう。
