我が社の最大手取引先の大社長が来日。
前(都内)後(神奈川西部)は別のアポがあるため、中間で横浜駅のランチミーティングとなり、ロケーションと質の高さでこちらを選択。
12時ちょうどからの案内だったが、11:40くらいには着席出来たので、対応の良さはバッチグー。
ビューは海側が見渡せる環境で申し分ない。夜景の方がさらに良いであろう。
だが、取引の商談が絡む大切なミーティングであったため、また大社長を正面にプレゼンを説明する立場であったので味わう事なんて到底出来なかった(泣)
大社長は、コーシャの可能性があったので、ロケーション×非甲殻類でこちらに辿り着いた。
ランチコース(3500円税込)に、カニのパスタが含まれるが、変更可能との確認済み。
結局カニでOKだったが(苦笑)
前菜の盛り合せとデザートは写真撮れたが、説明の佳境に入っていたため、紅ズワイガニのパスタとフィレは写真は撮れず。
でも、流し込みつつも上品な味わいだとは感じた。なので、味についてはレビュー出来ないことをご了承願う。
前菜: たまごのキッシュ、鶏、サーモン
パスタ:紅ズワイガニのトマトソースパスタ
メイン:フィレのワインソース
デザート:クランベリーソースのムース
客入は上品なマダムやそのご主人などでほぼ満席で賑わっている。ミーティングとしては、対面でも話がしづらい状況。
今度はプレッシャーレスの環境で味わうために再訪したいところである。
