今回、ランチタイムに利用しました。
何にしようか迷いましたが、今回、プリフィックスランチセットを牛バラ肉の赤ワイン煮込み 牡蠣のバタソテー添え等で注文しました。

プリフィックスランチセットは、前菜は4種類から、メインは7種類から選べるランチセットです。今回、前菜は牛肉のタリアータ〜ワサビとマッシュポテトとトリュフのソース〜、メインは牛バラ肉の赤ワイン煮込み 牡蠣のバタソテー添えで注文しました。
牛肉のタリアータ〜ワサビとマッシュポテトとトリュフのソース〜は、肉質のしっかりとした牛肉で、トリュフソースと良く合うとても美味しい味わいでした。
本日の生牡蠣(北海道サロマ湖産〜サロマの雫〜)は、添えてあるレモンを絞っていただきましたが、新鮮＆クリーミーで美味しい味わいです。
清潔感のある雰囲気のお店で、スタッフさんの接客対応も丁寧な印象でした。
海洋深層水で浄化した安全性の高い生牡蠣を提供しているとのことで、お店のこだわりも嬉しいです。
特に生牡蠣がオススメのお店です。
