神奈川県横浜市西区高島のそごう横浜店 10Fにあるガンボ＆オイスターバー 横浜そごう店にお伺いしました。JR線 横浜駅の中央北改札・中央南改札・北改札から徒歩約3分、京浜急行線 横浜駅の中央改札・北改札から徒歩約3分、東急東横線・みなとみらい線 横浜駅の正面改札から徒歩約5分、相鉄線 横浜駅の2階改札口から徒歩約7分、横浜市営地下鉄ブルーライン 横浜駅のJR・相鉄連絡改札口から徒歩約10分のところにあり、公共交通機関からアクセスしやすいです。自動車でも共有の施設駐車場が2500台あるため便利です。座席は36席あります。
今回は下記のメニューをいただきました。
バターソテー：外はカリっと中はふっくらに仕上げられています。 バターの風味があります。
ガーリックバターと香草パン粉の焼き牡蠣：定番のガーリックが効いた香草パン粉の焼き牡蠣です。
オイスターロックフェラー ～ペイザンヌソースとホウレン草～：大富豪の名前を冠した、オイスターバー定番の焼き牡蠣です。
カキフライ：サクサクした衣の中にジューシーな旨味があり、美味しかったです。
ガンボ＆オイスターバーは海洋深層水で浄化した「安全、安心、美味しい」生牡蠣を一年中楽しめる落ち着いた雰囲気のオイスターバーです。 牡蠣と相性のよいワインも多数取り揃えられています。生牡蠣と白ワインのマリアージュを楽しむことができます。
