【待ち時間】
平日16:00過ぎ。店内空席あり。
片付けが間に合っておらず、10分ちょっと待つ。
【店内】
昭和の喫茶店という感じで年季が入ってる。椅子はカチカチ。ちょっと下水みたいなにおいがするのが気になった。長居はできなそう。もろもろ気になる点はあったが、紅茶の美味しさのが上回る。

パンケーキというよりふわふわのスポンジ。軽くてかなりふわふわ、溶ける感じがあって食感は良い。ただ、バターの風味がなくてかなり素朴な味。昭和のお菓子でこういうのあったような…。リピなし。
◎セットロイヤルミルクティー（ホット）
口コミや店内を見ると、圧倒的にアイスのが人気そう。
一口目からミルクに負けない濃厚な香り！茶葉の適度な渋みとミルクのバランスが良い。茶葉をふんだんに使っているなーという印象。今までのミルクティーで一番美味しいかも！さすが紅茶専門店。
単品770？とかだけど、カップにたっぷりなので高くはない。
パンケーキは期待ハズレだったけど、紅茶がとても美味しかったので満足！
