この日は久しぶりの横浜勤務。
いつものごとくランチタイムを若干はずして横浜駅西口にある横浜STビルのB1Fへ。
ここは魚料理、揚げ物中心の鶏屋さん、中華料理店（こちら）が入っています。
どこも混雑はしていませんでした。
なんとなく、ここにしようということになり会社の方と訪問です。
本日のランチは４つ。
A 豚肉とクロこしょう炒め 820
B キムチ炒飯＋スープ 850
C 鶏肉葱ラーメン+餃子or半炒飯 850
D 鶏肉葱ラーメン+日替わり丼
靴を脱いで座敷に案内されます。
ゆったりできますね。
日替わり丼が何か？を聞くと基本的にAランチのメニューがご飯にのっているとのこと。
つまり、この日は豚肉と野菜の黒胡椒炒めがご飯に乗っているそうです。
ということでDを注文しました。
単品メニューもいろいろあります。
鶏肉葱ラーメン
これイメージと違いました。名前からと、化学調味料を使わないというところから、
なんとなくあっさりとした塩ベースラーメンかと思いきや、
醤油ベースの濃い目の味付け。シャキシャキ葱がふんだんにはいっています。
豚肉と黒こしょうの炒め物も濃いめの味付けなので、ご飯とあう味付けです。
うーん。メニューにもよるでしょうし、コンセプトの解釈にも主観が入るのでなんともですが、
健康的な食事という印象は受けませんでした。
お腹いっぱいにはなりました。
