駅近くでサクッと夕食を食べたいが、しっかりとも食べたい。そんなわけでこちらにお邪魔しました。
恵比寿が本店の点心料理店で、横浜そごうのレストラン街に支店があります。
まずは名物の小籠包。黒酢と針生姜のタレにつけて頂きます。食べると中から肉汁が溢れてきます。他店と比べると少し香辛料が強い気もしますが、非常に美味しい。小籠包は専門店でしか食べられないので良いですね。
空芯菜の炒め物。ガーリックがきいてシャキシャキですが、これも自分ではこうなりません。
黒酢の酢豚。秋仕様なのか豚肉以外の野菜がさつまいもです。黒酢なのか、具材の下味なのか、これも台湾っぽいというか、独特の風味がします。
〆の海老ワンタン麺。オーソドックスな醤油スープに細麺。海老ワンタンはしっかりエビが入っていて食べ応えがあります。細麺もするっと食べやすい。
小籠包が有名ですが、ほかのメニューも美味しく頂きました。ごちそうさまでした。
