スカイビルの高層階に位置するミクニヨコハマ。
この日はあいにくの雨でしたが、夜景はなかなかきれい。
全6品のコースをいただきました。
スパークリングワイン1杯つきのコースだったので、まずはロゼのスパークリングで乾杯。
このあとは、ワインにも惹かれつつ、なんだかんだビールが飲みたくなって横浜ラガーを。
【アミューズ】本日のアミューズ・ブーシュ
カツオを使ったもの。金箔も飾られていて。お祝い感があります♪
フレンチのことは全く知りませんが、カツオも使われるのですね。味がはっきりしていて美味。
【前菜】フォアグラのひと皿
コースの中で一番気に入ったのがこれ。
フォアグラはしつこいので胃にもたれて正直個人的には微妙なのですが、これは塩コショウのシンプルな味付けで、とても美味しい！野菜と一緒にいただきました。
【スープ】季節野菜のスープ
冷たいじゃがいものポタージュ。フォアグラ後の口直しにもぴったり。
【メイン】和牛のひと皿
説明が早くてよく聞き取れませんでしたが、脂のしっかりのったお肉でお腹いっぱい。
【デザート】季節感あふれるデザート盛り合わせ
【ホールケーキ】アニバーサリーメッセージ付きのケーキ
誕生日祝いだったので、デザートはダブル！！
コースにお肉が多かったこともありお腹いっぱいなので、デザート盛り合わせだけでお腹いっぱい。
ホールケーキは持ち帰りやすいようにガトーショコラだったので、家で後日いただくことに。
ちなみにとても濃厚で美味しかったです。
お酒をたくさん飲まなければディナーでも1人1万円以下の予算で食べられると思うので、なかなかリーズナブルかと。
サービス、お料理ともにそこまで印象に残る感じでもないものの、全体的に無難な感じでしょうか。
お料理の説明が早くて聞き取りづらかったので、もう少し丁寧だといいのにと思いました。
個人的には、記念日というより、ちょっとおしゃれな食事をしたい時のデイリーユース向きな気がします。
