友達と定期的に開催しているうまい店を探して飲む会で利用しました。
今回幹事だった友達が選んだこのお店は、九州各地の名物をずらりと揃えた料理がウリでした。
以下のものを頼みました。（料理名は正確ではありません。）
■もつ鍋（塩ダシ）
普通の居酒屋でも、見かけることはありますが、やはり九州をウリにしてるだけあって、もつのプリ
プリ具合と塩ダシは秀逸でした。 もつがメインでこんなにダシが出るって本当、もつ鍋って凄い！
■鶏のから揚げ
俗に言う「チューリップ」ですね。 手羽先の唐揚げで、骨部分を持って食べるタイプの。 久々に
見ましたが、これって九州の名物なのか？は確認し忘れました。
■馬刺し
残念ながら、生肉系は体的にダメなので食べませんでしたが、数種類の部位が出てきていました。
■（地）鶏の炭火焼き（地鶏って書いてたかかどうかは記憶無し）
以前食べたことのある地鶏の炭火焼きは焦げ気味で、こんなもんなのかと敬遠していましたが
ここで食べたのはそんなこともなく香ばしく、部位もいろいろあり美味しかったです。 まあ焼き鳥
の方が好きですけどね。。。
■チキン南蛮
これはもっとも有名な宮崎名物の一つでしたね。 揚げ方も肉もソースも文句無しで、今まで食べ
たベストチキン南蛮でしたが、これも「チキンカツをソース」で食べた方が好きですね。。。
■辛子蓮根
熊本の代表選手の一つ、辛子蓮根、何気に人生初めてです。 蓮根の穴の中に辛子味噌を入れ、
揚げるという作り方も知りませんでした。 感想としては、残念ながら僕が郷土料理で時々経験する
これからも積極的に食べたいとは思わないなぁ」というものでした。。。 残念！
■刺身３点盛り
これは九州と関係ないかと思います。 あれ？ 九州ならではの刺身もあったのかな？ ちょっと
記憶無しですが、味は平均以上で美味しかったです。
□飲み物
生中＊２、シークアーサーサワー、レモンサワーと皆で麦焼酎ボトル１本飲みました。 サワーは
平均より美味しかったです。 サワーって居酒屋では、生中の次に飲む飲み物なので、僕にとって
サワーが美味しいのはポイント高いです。
あと、飲み物も、九州のウリの酒である焼酎が流石のずらりと勢揃いでした。 今回は安さ重視
で2,000円位のボトルにしたので、いろいろ楽しむことはできませんでしたが。。。
□サービス
今回だけだったかもしれませんが、料理や焼酎で割る水がなかなか来なかったことが何回かあっ
たのががっかりでしたのでサービスの点数は低くしました。
以上「九州の郷土料理が集結した居酒屋」って、ここまで明確にウリにしている場合ってなかなか
ないので、気に入りました。 他の郷土料理もまだまだありましたのでまた行ってみたいです。
