バラの見頃とのことで横浜に。移転した吉村家の大行列を見て早々に諦め、駅まで戻り、ジョイナス地下街を覗くとまたまた各店行列。なら高島屋でと8階に行くと各店並びあり。たまたま並び解消となった八起庵に入店。親子丼オーダーのつもりでしたが、プラス鶏カレーうどんとのハーフセットを発注。着席と同時にお茶と出汁スープが提供。先に柔らかいスープを頂きました。しばらくすると親子丼と鶏カレーうどんが提供。卓上の七味と山椒が案内され、カレーうどんに七味、親子丼に山椒を振りかけ、カレーうどんから一口。独特な風味、味です。今まで食べたことない感じです。黄身を溶かして更に食べ進めるとマイルドさが加わりました。親子丼は鶏肉の大きさも食べやすく、卵も程よい火の通り。ハーフセットで丁度良い感じでした。食後にバニラアイス、白玉あんが付いてました。休みらしく上品ランチに満足。ご馳走様でした！
