こちら横浜駅西ジョイナス口で降りて信号渡り第二バスターミナルを越えて彫刻通りに入り、少し進んだ左サイド。
店はビルの中にありますが、内装含めてイタリアの飾らないトラットリア風、素敵です。
メニューは黒板にありますが、リモコンの中にも黒板の写真が。それを見ながらオーダー。
まずは前菜、真いわしのグリルマリネから。いわしを焼いてからマリネにしてあるのは意外と珍しいですよね、頭まで食べれてこれはグッド。
自家製ホカッチャも、とても美味しいですね。
次はホワイトアスパラのビスマルク。ピザビスマルク同様、半熟玉子がアスパラの上にのってます、柔らかアスパラにコクを添えてますよねー。
お次はもも肉の温泉カルパッチョ。温泉って何だろうと思いましたが、温かいカルパッチョです。赤肉は柔らか、これまた意表を突いた美味しさです。
このあたりでドリンクはシチリアは火山で有名なエトナの白ワインに。柑橘系の香りや、フレッシュで爽やかな果実味。
そしてパスタ、ペスカトーレビアンコ、リングイネで。魚介が盛りだくさん、もちろんお味もエクセレンテ！
さらにミートソースをペンネで。粗挽きのお肉、トマトの控えめな酸味、これまためちゃくちゃ美味い。
このあたりでウンブリア州の赤ワイン、サンジョベーゼベースでしっかりした葡萄の味わい。
メインはレモン豚のグリル。シンプルな塩胡椒のお味、お肉はすごく脂がのっていて食べ応えバッチリ。
さりげなく一捻りのイタリア料理、もちろん料理は本格的、とても美味しかったです。
