朝早くポルタを歩いていると目につくこちらのお店。ポルタの中でモーニングを実施しているお店は限られているので大変目立ちます。
『野菜たっぷりヘルシービビンバセット／500円』
内容はビビンバにワカメスープ、小鉢にはひじき煮とキムチちくわ。これにドリンクバーがついて500円ですから何とも驚愕のお値段です。
ビビンバはお肉抜きの野菜オンリー。ナムル、海苔、半熟卵が乗っておりそれらを丁寧にかき混ぜた後、コチュジャンを適量足してお好みの味に調えます。
辛すぎずシャキシャキとした具材の歯応えもあって美味い。ライスの量もしっかりと１人前あって男性でも不足はありません。スープも大陸中華の玉子スープと異なりしっかりと熱々でいい塩加減。小鉢も箸休めには最適です。
店内はテーブル席オンリーですが、一部の複数人掛けテーブルはブース状に仕切られており、お一人さまはそこに通されます。却って居心地いいですわ。接客は、まあアレですが、価格を考えるとしょうがないね。
