豚骨ラーメン 700円
横浜で朝ラーメン
繁華街の早朝ラーメンは仕事上がりの客で7割くらいの入り、まったりな雰囲気に呑まれて店員もまったり
スープはかえしが以外にしっかりの豚骨
麺は酒井製麺ではなく開化楼で、もっちりではなく粉感のあるしっとりした食感が新鮮でした
チャーシューも家系のデフォルトから遠めですが美味しい
家系ラーメンを作ろうとなんとなく材料集めたらそこそこ美味しくできちゃった感じのラーメンです
つけ麺や激辛ラーメンもあるのでラーメン屋として地域に支持されて続いていくのだと思いました
