横浜でホルモン焼きといったらここ！人気すぎて鶴屋町にもできたそうです。
予約してもらって参りました。1階のテーブルに案内いただきました。
まずは、生ビールで乾杯。
●生ビール ＠657円
お通しのキャベツは、おかわり自由。
●お通し ＠330円
●のり塩チョレギサラダ 495円
サラダは人数分とりわけサービスもあります。
●ハツユッケ 495円
黄身が乗って味つきのハツユッケは、口の中でとろりととろけておいしい！
●ちょこっとホルモン5点盛り 1155円
大トロホルモン、シロコロ、レバー、ギアラ、ハチノスの5種が2切れずつ。
少しずつ食べられてうれしい！どれもやわらかくて臭みがなくておいしいです。
●つぼ漬ダイナマイトカルビ 1650円
こちらは、眼の前でお店の人がじっくり焼いてくれました。
味がしっかりついて厚みのあるカルビが食べごたえあっておいしかったです。
●和牛炙りにぎり ＠275円
にぎりだけど酢飯ではなく、温かいごはんでした。
おいしくいただきました～。
途中何度もお客さんが来ては、断られていました。予約は必須ですね。
なお、連れが予約してくれましたが、何度も確認の電話がきたそうです。ドタキャンとか多いのかな。
また予約して来ます。
