天玉そば 570円（かき揚げ天玉そば）
○麺（そば） ： ヤワ ←☆★☆☆☆→ コシ
○揚げたて度 ： 乾燥 ←☆☆★☆☆→ 揚げたて○天ぷら ： 粉 ←☆☆☆★☆→ 具だくさん ○出汁 ： 甘口 ←☆☆☆☆★→ 辛口○個人的に ： 苦手 ←☆☆☆★☆→ 好み
すっきり辛口な出汁にカツオブシの風味が広がり、蕎麦にも玉子にも合う。昔ながらの立ち食いらしいヤワ蕎麦なんでしっかり味のある出汁はイイね。かき揚げは野菜多めでタマネギの感触や甘さとかなかなか良い。
店は横浜駅の改札の中にある。乗り換えの時に見かけたので寄ってみた。麺に汁に具と、個別では並みな感じだけどトータルバランスが好みの天玉だった。
