横浜鶴屋町にある隠れ家的焼き鳥屋です！
店内は薄暗くバーのような雰囲気ですが、
本格的な焼き鳥屋です！
焼き鳥の味付けや逸品料理のラインナップはどちらかというとワインと合わせるようになっています。
最後にコーヒーを出してくれるなどサービスもよかったです。
大変な時期ですけど頑張って欲しいです！

以下、焼き鳥の感想です。
・あみ肝
この店イチオシの串です。賞味期限は40秒と謳っており、本当に提供時にタイマーを置かれます。限りなくレアで焼いているので早く食べてくださいってことですね。全く臭みがなくトロトロで美味しいです！
・つくね
ふわふわ熱々のつくねです。つなぎを多く使っているのか、個人的にはもっと肉々しいほうが好きです。
・はつ
表面をサッと炙って中はレアです。デフォルトがタレだったので正直どうなのかなって思ってましたが、良い意味で期待を裏切られました。次は塩でも食べてみたいです。
・せせり
結構脂が乗っていました。添えてあるレモンを絞るとサッパリとしました。
・もも肉
皮がパリッとしてましたが、ジューシーさに欠けました。可もなく不可もなくという印象でした。
・ささみ梅しそ巻き
中身は若干レアでしたが強火で焼き過ぎたのか、ちょっとパサついていました。梅ペーストは美味しかったです。
