食べログで、コース料理(120分飲み放題付)を予約後、お邪魔しました♪
横浜駅西口を出て、鶴屋町方面へ徒歩2,３分程度の便利な場所にあります♪
お店は狭いながらも、それを感じさせないお洒落&モダンな内装で、ウォーターカーテンや観葉植物が、目を愉しませてくれます♪
一階のテーブル席利用でしたが、レイアウト的にそれらがブラインドとなり、個室を利用しているのと大差無い感覚で、落ち着いた雰囲気で夜会を楽しみました♪
コースも創意工夫を感じる創作的な料理の数々です。
まず、大ぶりの升に入った、複数野菜の入ったサラダは、野菜高騰のご時世にも関わらず、食べ放題♪
あつあつポテトサラダは、石焼で♪
きのこの朴葉焼きは、卓上コンロで仕上げます。
賞味期限３９秒のあみきも串は、ストップウォッチ付きで、旬をいただく等、趣向を凝らしたメニューの数々❤️
ふわふわの自家製つくね、真っ直ぐな手羽先のから揚げ等、鳥料理も美味しくいただきました♪
酒も当然進みます♪
飲み放題も趣向を凝らされており、お気に入りの鉄瓶を選び、各種焼酎をドロップ♪鉄瓶でお酌を楽しむ事が出来ました❤️
更に、カスタマーファーストを意識した積極的な接客が素晴らしかったです❗️
8年前以前は、武蔵小杉店にちょくちょくお邪魔しておりましたが、この度横浜店で会員にもなりましたので、機会を見つけお邪魔したいと思います♪
