横浜駅から徒歩9分ほどにある人気の中華料理店。
平日の一人飲みに訪問。
200mほど離れたところに本店がありますが、満席だったので、こちらの離れへ。
横浜でトップになった餃子や、オーナーのこだわりが詰まった麻婆豆腐など、色々人気の品があるよう。
それ以外に、限定のメニューも豊富で見ていて楽しく、メニューを見てワクワクできます。

【新！たたききゅうり】
きゅうりに満遍なくねぎ塩ごま油が絡んでいて、ムラなく味がついて酒が進みます。
シンプルなつまみですが、これだけでちゃんとしているのを感じる。
【NIPPON餃子】
割と大粒の餃子が6個。
味がしっかりついている餃子で、本当に何もつけなくても美味しい。
ニンニク、ニラ入りで当然匂いもあります。
【麻婆豆腐 VINTAGE 小】
VINTAGEとEVOLUTIONの2種類がありますが、いわゆるオーソドックスな方のVINTAGEで。
テーブルで、花椒をゴリゴリ挽いてくれて、辛いのが好きと伝えるとたっぷりかけてくれます。
痺れ感と、シャープな辛さがあり、この麻婆豆腐は美味しい！
味が濃いめなので、ビールもいいですが、ごはんがが欲しくなります。
【香港風ジャッキーポーチャイ飯】
限定メニュー。
土鍋に入ったごはんの上に、皮付き豚肉、腸詰、ねぎ、揚げワンタン？、パクチー(別添)を乗せ、醤油とラードをタレで混ぜ合わせて頂く香港風釜めし。
甘辛な醤油、ラードのコク、皮付き豚肉のカリっとした皮の食感と脂の旨さ、一瞬香るパクチーの清涼感のある風味が何ともいえないウマさ！
あったらぜひ食べたい一品。
ちなみに、香港では煲仔飯(ボウジャイファン)というようです。
