何をオーダーしても美味しいお店です！
横浜駅近辺で中華料理をと思い、食べログで探しました。
初めに本店に伺ったのですが既に満席！
本店の方が直ぐにこちらの離れを電話予約してくれました。
居酒屋風のお店で、あっという間に満席の人気店です！
オーダーは、まずはよだれ鶏、豆苗炒め、干豆腐の和え物でしたが、
この辺りで何をオーダーしても美味しいのだな、と解りました。
よだれ鶏は期待通り！ 豆苗炒めはシンプルですがニンニクが効いていてとても美味しいです。
干豆腐は噛み応えを楽しめて今までで一番美味しいと感じました！
この時点で連れと、多分何をオーダーしても旨いのだろうなと！
黒酢水餃子、回鍋肉、麻婆豆腐と続いてどれも満足です！
Doragon式炒飯は、パラッとしていて、ただしチャーシューはジワッとシットリ感がある
美味しい脂を感じる絶品でした！
大変満足させてもらいました！

横浜駅にてお気に入りの中華料理店です。
本格的に美味しいお料理ですが、居酒屋的な雰囲気も良いです。
だから酒家というのでしょうか。
今回のオーダーは、青ザーサイ・・・案外ピリ辛で連れの好みです。
煮豚・・・絶品の旨さ、これは箸がとまりません。
ＮＩＰＰＯＮ餃子・・プリプリの旨さたっぷりで良いです。
広東風酢豚・・・１ランク上の酢豚で満足
キクラゲ玉子・・・これも１ランク上と感じます
コンビーフ炒飯・・・旨い、けど前回の炒飯の方が上と思いました。
再訪間違いなしです。
