牛バラに惹かれて、牛バラカレー炒飯を注文。中華カレーといえば、中華街の保昌を思い出す。
運ばれてきた瞬間に「これは旨いやつだ！」と思わせるニクい香りだ。熱いかなと警戒して少しずつ食べてみる。旨い。なんとも複雑な味だ。
待望の牛バラ肉は、スプーンで容易に切れるほどほろほろになるまで煮込んである。一口頬張ると、もうほろほろ。絶品です！
カレーのかかっていない炒飯を食べてみると、具は卵だけながら独立した炒飯としても美味しい。でも、それだけにカレーと混ぜると、かなり塩辛い。食べ終わるまでに何杯も水を飲んだ。
炒飯の量が意外に多くて、かなり満腹になる。メインストリートから離れているが、他の牛バラメニューも食べてみたい。
