JR横浜駅にほど近い、横浜ベイクォーターの5階にあるビストロ。
それっぽくないですが、コロワイドグループのお店です。
平日のランチをいただくために訪問しました。13:45頃の入店だったので店内は
半分くらいの入りで、4人掛けのテーブルに案内されました。
メニューを眺め「味噌デミグラスのチーズビーフハンバーグステーキ」（税込1100円）をオーダー。
・味噌デミグラスのチーズビーフハンバーグステーキ
こちらのランチはメインディッシュの他、ライス、サラダ、スープが付くと言うことで、
3分ほどしたら、先にサラダとスープが提供されました。
本当は全体で写真を撮りたかったのですが、今日は急いでいることもあり、
先だしされたスープとサラダは先に食べてしまったので全体写真はありません（笑）
サラダはサニーレタス中心でオニオンスライス、にんじんの千切りが乗っていて、
白いよくシーザーサラダにかかっているようなタイプのドレッシングがかかっていました。
ドレッシングは少な目でしたね。もう少しかけてくれてもよかったかな（笑）
スープはオニオンコンソメ。一般的に胡椒を結構入れますが、こちらも例にもれず、
そこそこ胡椒系の味もしました。オニオンが結構入っていたのが個人的には嬉しかったです。
注文してから10分ほどで、ハンバーグとライスが提供されました。
ハンバーグはチーズハンバーグなのでとろっとしたチーズが全面にかかっていて美味しそう。
付け合わせにはブロッコリー、ヤングコーン、焼きプチトマト、皮つきポテト、って感じ。
ハンバーグ自体は結構高さのある感じでした。
ソースが味噌デミグラスってことで、若干味噌系の味がしますが、それほど味噌が強いわけではなく
普通のデミグラスソースと全く違う感じではなかったです。
あとチーズが大量にかかっているので、チーズ味が強く、デミグラスソースの味が薄まっている
というのが実際のところでした（笑）なのでこの味噌デミグラスソースをじっくり味わいたい方は
チーズじゃない普通のハンバーグステーキにした方がよいと思います。
ハンバーグはなかなかジューシーな感じで美味しかったです。上述の通り、強烈なチーズ味なので
チーズが好きな人にはなかなかよいかと思います。見た目小さく見えますが、高さがあるので
まずまずの量かと。たっぷりチーズとデミグラスソースを付けながらハンバーグを食べては
ライスを食べる、というのを繰り返し、無事完食。
チーズも味噌デミグラスも残すともったいないので結構最後の方までさらって食べました。
このソース自体、結構美味しかったです。
付け合わせのブロッコリーは結構硬めに茹でられていました。個人的にはもう少し柔らかい方が
好みでしたね（笑） プチトマトは焼きが入っているので、柔らかく食べやすかったですが。
トータル的に見て、これで1100円ならまずまずだなっていう印象でした。
雰囲気も良いお店ですし、満足感の高いランチでした。
他のメニューも魅力的で、食べてみたいものがいくつかありました。
ただ、椅子がかなり低くて、正直食べにくいなという印象は残りました（笑）
こちらもコロワイドグループ、頑張っていただきたいですね。
