We recommend the mojito with plenty of mint.
A flare bar located along Daiichi Keihin National Route (National Route 15) in Tsuruya-cho, Yokohama Station. The store is on the 4th floor of the building, so take the elevator up to the 4th floor and enter. The interior of the bar is based on the concept of a bar in New York during the Prohibition era in the United States, and incorporates New Jack music from the 90s. The customer base is diverse, ranging from one person to five or six office workers, as well as couples and women. The original gin and tonic with cucumber was delicious. On the day I visited, many smoked mojitos were being ordered, so I ordered one as well. The tonic water is a bit small, so I recommend starting drinking when the ice has melted a little.Since it's an Italian Cuisine Dining Bar, the food looked delicious, so I thought I'd order some food next time.

仕事帰りに同僚と食事に行きました。
いろいろオーダーしたのですが、どれも美味しそうなので写真を撮影する前に、食べちゃいました。
オーダーしたもの
・ローストビーフステーキ
・ナチョス
・メキシカンスタイルピザ
・生ガキ
・アンチョビバターポテト
とにかく美味しかったものは、なんと言ってもローストビーフステーキです。
柔らかいハラミ肉を低温調理してスライスされたお肉は、ソースとマッチして最高に美味しかったです。
私はオイスターバーでもたまに、臭みが気になるほど敏感ですが、ここの牡蠣は専門店に負けない新鮮な牡蠣だと感じました。
ナチョスはフレッシュなハラペーニョが入ったソースがかけられており、見た目のボリューム、味ともに最高です
唯一写真を撮影したアンチョビバターポテトですが、揚げたてポテトにアンチョビとバターのパウダーで、しっかりとした味をまとい、満足感がある逸品でした。
同僚がオーダーしたピンクスクワーレルはグラスの外側にストロベリーパウダーを施したスムージータイプのお酒で、美味しそうでした。
この日は他のお客さんが、フレアショーを申し込んでいて、遠目に見せていただきましたが
『凄い』の一言でした。
次回はコース料理でフレアショーを体験してみたいです。
