Toraji was located in the Ebisu West Exit Arcade some 20 years ago.At that time, it was a very popular Yakiniku (Grilled meat) and I often stopped by there, but over the past 20 years, restaurant has expanded considerably and become more fashionable. I'm surprised at how much progress has been made. It's past 12:00 on a public holiday, and I'm the third person waiting. However, reservations are being drawn in quickly, so reservations are recommended. We were seated within an hour. There are round tables in the center of the store, and semi-private rooms with raised tatami mats (horizontal kotatsu style, so you can stretch out your legs) on both sides. The dark interior has a nice atmosphere. I was lucky to be given a semi-private room. Order the lunch ``Toraji Gozen'' for 3,900 yen and the ultimate yukhoe ``vacuum low temperature cooking'' for 1,800 yen. Let's start with "Kiwami Yukhoe". The thinly sliced yukhoe, the grated cucumber, and the julienned apple were all very nice. The contents of "Toraji Gozen" are as follows. Grilled dishes: Kuroge Wagyu beef short ribs, core skirt steak, lean loin, shrimp Appetizers: 2 types of Small dish, kimchi, namul Rice dishes: Rice, soup You can choose from large, medium or small rice. Four pieces of Kuroge Wagyu beef short ribs are soft and fatty. The last stop for belly bread is "TORAJI MILK BAR". I was surprised at how rich the crunchy vanilla ice cream was. And it was a hit. All of them lost, but I was really worried about winning.
