昨日はベイスターズが交流戦開幕で見事勝利
気持よーく酔いハマスタを後に出来ました！
交流戦の相手ローテを探ると…結構裏ローテ
が多いんですよね〜。チャーンス！まさかの
交流戦一位通過も狙えるのでは？とエイさん
は密かに思っております(^_−)−☆
さて、本題（笑）！
こちらは2ヶ月前のレビューになりますが、
横浜駅相鉄口から徒歩3分の肉寿司さん。
チェーン展開されているお店ですが、神奈川
ではここだけだったかと思います（2018.6月
に関内に新店舗がオープンらしいです）
下の子と2人で高校の入学祝いで来店( ^ω^ )
新鮮な馬肉をはじめ、牛や鶏、鴨など様々な
お肉を職人さんが握ってくれるというお店。
生肉の美味さ際立つ馬の肉寿司。
霜降り牛肉はジューシーに炙って仕上げ…
鶏はさっぱり酢〆寿司…
大衆～高級料理として、日本人に馴染み深い
寿司！そんな寿司×肉を、ただ組み合わせる
だけでなく、 様々な工夫・アイデアを凝らし
て提供してくれます。
写真見てもらうと分かりますが…
見た目がもう普通に美味しいですよね（笑）
肉とシャリなんてあわない訳がない！（笑）
…ということで、皆さんが想像した通りの
美味しさです（笑）
若干単価が、やはり少し高めなので、CPが
良いとは言えないかもですが、飲み放題つき
のコースもあるので、そちらを利用してもよ
いかもですね〜。１年くらい前にそう言えば
会社の若い子たちと宴会で利用したこともあ
ります(^_-)。
普通に美味しいのですが、注文するのに、
待たされたり、提供が遅かったり、あまり
オペレーションが良い店とは言えないと思っ
たので、そこが改善されたり、メニューに
少しリーズナブルな目玉品があると、頻繁に
行きたいお店になるかな〜と感じました(^ ^)
普通に子供達とかは喜ぶ味だと思いますよ！
