何度通ったかわからないほどとのことです。
初めて連れてきてもらいました。
この日は、コースを予約しておりました。
まずは、マッコリで乾杯です。
カクテキ、白菜キムチを頂きます。
タッカンマリ鍋の登場です。
すでに出来立てで登場しますので、
時間がかからずに食べることができます。
タレがポイントとのことで、
タレは、店員さんが一人ずつ作って
くださいます。
このタレをつけて食べると、また抜群に
美味しくなるのです。
鍋の中には、ネギ、エノキ、鶏肉、トッポギなど
具沢山です。
鶏肉が本当に美味しいのです。
タレをつけながら食べると絶品です！
だんだん後半の煮込みの頃には
パイタンスープが出来上がっています。
そこに、〆のご飯を入れて、雑炊にします。
