結局のところ、モツ鍋は…
匂いがおかしくないか
汁が濁らないか
脂がしっかりついているか
この3点に尽きます。
その意味でこちらは◯。つか、シロコロホルモンのもつ鍋ってのもなかなか珍しいかも。よーく脂が出ていましたよ。
サムギョプサルは普通でしたが、ローストビーフのユッケはなかなかだったし、キャベツとニラをコチュで和えてある即席キムチは絶品。これは間違いなく美味しい。
次回は焼肉を食してみたいですね。
