昨年オープンしたばかりの串揚げ屋さんにランチ突撃してきました。
仕事にキャンセルが出たのでランチの時間がたっぷりと空いてしまった。
これはランチ開拓するっきゃないと言うことで……
串揚げチェーンの串カツでんがなさんに行ったときのレポ。
居酒屋スタイルですが15時からオープンしているとの事。
15時30分頃に入店してみると先客は2組ほどいらっしゃいました。
昨年秋オープンしたばかりで店内は清潔感あります。
それほど広くないですが居心地はまずまず良いです。
カウンター席に通され、入り口から気になっていたものを一通り注文してみます。

串揚げから→紅ショウガ、玉ねぎ、茄子
ウーロン茶
まずどて焼きから
注文時にネギ、生姜を無料でトッピングできるとの事でしたのでお願いしました。
人生初のどて焼き（笑）
うん美味しい
一本は小さめですが、程よい味噌の風味が心地よい一品
ネギと生姜は必須トッピングかと思いました。
何本でもいけてしまいそう……

衣はフライと天ぷらの間みたいな感じと言ったらいいかな。
サクサク過ぎずさっくりした軽めの衣
ソースは甘さ控えめサラサラのほんのり辛口ソース
食べ飽きぬよう秘伝のこだわりソース
茄子→こちらはソースより天つゆみたいなので食べた方が合いそうな感じでしたw
玉ねぎ→揚げることで甘みが増して歯応え良しソースとの相性も抜群
紅ショウガ→程よく酸味があり美味。
肉吸いうどん→ダシの香りが立っている関西風。
麺は柔め。量少ないですが呑んだシメと考えると適量なのかもです。
すごく美味しいですこれ♬
お代わり無料のキャベツはどて焼きの味噌につけて食べるのがメチャ美味いですっ（笑）
ランチとしては高くついてしまいましたが、料金も安いし今度は仕事終わってからチョイ呑みで利用してみたいと思いました。
