I visited Szechuan Cuisine Rame's in Yokohama for lunch. This shop is located on the B1F (semi-basement, sunny) of a building a little far from the station. I had the Mala Beef Belly Ramen (¥880) with half-fried rice (+¥100). Mala beef belly Ramen: A very Sichuan-like bright red soup, thin noodles, and bok choy.In the sample, the beef belly is on top of the noodles, but the real thing was submerged in the soup.The taste was quite delicious...
