この日は「プリティックスコース（￥３２００）」を注文。
前菜とメインとデザートを選べる、お手軽で満足感の高いコースです。
＊前菜 リコッタトースト
訪問の始まりに選んだのは、バゲットに乗ったリコッタチーズのトーストです。メープルシロップがかけられたこの前菜は、リコッタのさっぱりとした味わいとの相性が抜群で、ナッツの加わる食感が楽しいアクセントをもたらしていました。
この一皿で、すでに料理への期待が高まります。
＊メイン: フライドチキン＆チェダーチーズワッフル
「バターミルクチャネル」の看板メニューであるフライドチキンとチェダーチーズワッフルをオーダーしました。
フライドチキンはその大きさとジューシーさで満足感を与え、甘酸っぱいバルサミコソースをかけることで、塩辛さとの絶妙なバランスを楽しむことができました。
ワッフルにも同様にソースをかけると、一層味わいが深まります。コールスローとの組み合わせも良く、口直しに最適でした。
＊デザート アイスクリーム盛り合わせ
デザートにはストロベリーとバニラのアイスクリームを選びました。これらのシンプルながらもクラシックな味わいが、濃厚な前菜とメインの後で新鮮な終わりを提供してくれました。
友人は、サーモンロックスとフラットアイロンステーキを注文しました。サーモンロックスは、サーモンとクリームチーズの組み合わせが絶妙で、前菜として最適だったとのこと。フラットアイロンステーキについては、焼き加減が完璧で、塩だけでなくソースをつけても美味しさが際立っていたそうです。
